My Thought of the Day: Culture

I was at the Savannah Bananas game on Friday—and it brought me so much joy.

What stuck with me most was how they celebrated foster families.
Called them onto the field. Said their names. Made them feel seen.

That’s what belonging looks like.

And here’s your reminder this week:
You set the culture in your own personal locker room.

What kind of culture are you building?
One where people feel included?
One where you help people belong?
One where you step up for others?

Even if you’re not the boss—you’re the boss of you.

So in your locker room, your office, your home:
Make people feel seen.
Extend a hand. Share a smile.
