It’s Tuesday.
Back in Baltimore and locked in at work after a weekend in Provo, Utah, with my family. So many amazing moments, but one thing really stood out: the standard has risen at BYU Football.
Everywhere you looked—preparation, execution, belief.
That’s what growth, and excellence, look like.
It’s a reminder for all of us: the things that got you here won’t get you there.
If you want more, you’ve got to outgrow your old baseline.
Your ceiling is limitless, but you need to raise your floor.
Your standards create your reality.
So the question isn’t if you can level up—
it’s if you’re willing to.
